Miller T. Leria is the Human Resource Manager of Starlight Business Consulting Services, with more than 17 years of experience across operations and human resources and a strong track record of supporting clients and employees at all levels. He brings extensive expertise in HR strategy, recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, and labor compliance, helping organizations build capable teams and maintain sound people practices.

Prior to his current position, Miller served as Branch Manager at Topserve Service Solution, Inc., as HR Assistant Manager at eTeam Workforce Management, and as Client Servicing Officer and Safety Officer II at Toplis Solution, Inc.
