Hiring in the Philippines usually means two vendors — a recruiter to find people and someone else to employ them compliantly. We do both, so nothing falls through the gap between them.
Most people arrive needing one of three things. You are not obliged to buy the pair.
You have an entity, or you will employ people yourself. We run the search and hand over at offer stage.
You can employ, you just need the right people.
We source and vet candidates, you pick, and we employ your choice through our Philippine entity. One partner from brief to payroll.
You need people in the Philippines and have no entity here.
You have already found someone. We become their legal employer and take on payroll, contributions and compliance.
The candidate is sorted; the employment is not.
Five stages. The point of running both services is that nothing is re-explained to a second vendor halfway through.
The role, the salary band, the must-haves versus the nice-to-haves, and whether Philippine law treats the position in any particular way. You also get a realistic timeline for this specific role at this point — not a generic one.
Our team is in the Philippines, so they know what the local market pays, which candidate pools are realistic at your band, and where expectations need adjusting. Sourcing runs across active applicants and approaches to people not currently looking.
Candidates are screened against the brief, interviewed, and have credentials and references verified before they reach you. Role-specific testing where it tells us something worth knowing.
You make the hiring decision — always. We coordinate scheduling, relay feedback, and advise on offers so the package reads as competitive locally rather than merely generous by your home standards.
If you have taken the EOR side, we issue a Philippine employment contract, register the employee with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and the BIR, and start payroll. If not, we hand over everything you need to do it yourself.
We quote timelines per role rather than advertising a fixed one. A support or bookkeeping hire and a bilingual senior engineer are not the same search, and pretending otherwise wastes your time.
When recruitment, employment and compliance sit with different providers, the gaps between them are where problems live — a contract that does not match the offer, a benefit nobody registered, a termination handled the way it would be handled somewhere else.
We keep these disciplines in-house, under named people you can actually look up.

Yes. Recruitment and Employer of Record are separate services here, and you can take either on its own or both together. Taken together, we source and vet candidates, you choose, and we employ your choice through our Philippine entity — one contract, one contact, no handoff between a recruiter and a payroll provider.
That is fine. If you already have a Philippine entity, or you intend to employ people yourself, we can run the search and hand over at offer stage.
Then you only need the EOR side. We employ them through our entity, run payroll and carry the statutory obligations. Nothing about the search is billed.
It depends on the role. A widely available support or accounting position moves considerably faster than a specialised engineering or bilingual role. We give you a realistic timeline at briefing rather than a headline figure, because the difference between those cases is weeks, not days.
Not if we employ the person for you. If you want to employ them directly, you do — and registering that entity is a service we also provide.
Screening against the brief, structured interviews, verification of credentials and references, and role-specific testing where it is meaningful. What matters most is that our recruiters are in the Philippines and know what the local market actually pays and expects.
Yes. Starting on an EOR and transferring once your registration completes is a common path, and we handle the transfer so continuity of employment and benefits is preserved.
