Sinamar Sanchez (Shine) is the Compliance Manager of Starlight Business Consulting Services, Inc., where she ensures legal, regulatory, and policy alignment for both the corporation and its diverse client roster — tracking regulatory updates across agencies including the SEC, AMLC, BSP, DOLE, PCAB, DOE, DTI-BPS, BIR, PEZA, and FDA, conducting gap analyses and authoring internal compliance guidelines, overseeing business registrations, and coaching the internal compliance team, while also providing cross-border regulatory advisory to the Sales teams in the Philippines and China.

She has over 15 years of experience spanning legal documentation, corporate governance, and academic leadership. She worked as a Paralegal in the security industry, handling dispute litigation and drafting core pleadings — Position Papers and Replies — for labor disputes escalated through SENA, DOLE, NLRC, the Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court. She later managed real estate and corporate compliance, including real property compliances, land acquisitions, and title transfers, for hotel chains and various subsidiaries under a major Makati-based holding company.

In fintech, she served as Compliance Officer for a Money Service Business, overseeing BSP, AMLC, European, and American registrations, and as a Licensing Manager specializing in complex corporate registrations and specialized government licenses. She also dedicated five years to academia as a college professor in Pangasinan, teaching the Philippine Constitution & Government, Economics, Business English, and Personality Development.
